No. You buy a year-file: one company, one tax year, one price. There's no monthly charge and no renewal — a new financial year, or a new company, is a separate purchase, priced on the day you open it.
Your data is stored securely in an isolated, encrypted database on our servers under your firm's private workspace. All journal construction, rule matching, and gain reconciliations are computed and verified server-side, with full team access control and session persistence.
One company plus one review period. Opening FY26 for a client is a purchase; opening FY25 for the same client is another. Re-imports and re-exports of the same company and year stay open at no extra charge until the file is posted.
Both are prepaid packs of year-files, usable later against any company or year — Practice for a handful of clients, Desk for a firm running many. Close is a single file bought on its own.
A guideline, not a hard cutoff. Going over 50,000–100,000 source rows on a file doesn't block you — we just reach out to scope it properly before export, since an unusually large file needs a closer look.
